Please enable mail on wikidata-test-*. It would be good if we could use and test mail based functionality (like account creation, password reset, user mail, user notification).

On the labs IRC I was told that emails can't be delivered from the labs network for security reasons (fake wikimedia.org e-mails). The one who told me this said there has never been a discussion about an exception.
