It would be nice if you can manually change the contents of the "greeter"-page right after the login.

"Login successful
You have successfully signed in to Wikipedia as "___".
For help using Wikipedia, please see the help page.
Logging you in to Wikimedia's other projects: (what's this?)

Return to Main Page."

It would be very handy when you see a personal greeter-page containing a nice text or useful links and reminders instead of the for some people unnecessary "Login successfull"-page. You could for example configure it via a settingpage or using a css file.

Admins can already do this through MediaWiki:Loginsuccess providing an extension adds extra HTML through the UserLoginComplete hook.
