Description Tomasz Finc 2012-09-04 22:47:30 UTC
Dear list,

I have the Motorola Defy+ aka MB526 smartphone. Shouldn't it be redirected to the mobile version? (It is not)

The user agent is:

"Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.3.6; de-at; MB526 Build/4.5.1-134_DFP-231) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1"

Thanks,
Jakob

The provided user agent does get redirected in my testing. I wonder if the user has the disable mobile cookie set?

$ curl -I -A "Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.3.6; de-at; MB526 Build/4.5.1-134_DFP-231) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page

Is this the app or mobile site?
Duplicate of bug 38009 ?
Comment 3 Tomasz Finc 2012-09-07 07:01:01 UTC
It looks like somebody has already fixed it - it is redirected now!
Thanks!

@Jon: This in on the mobile site.
But it has stopped working again, and yes looks like its a duplicate of bug 38009.
