m1.tiny is completely worthless. Anything past the basic puppet run won't complete because it runs out of memory. It causes more problems than its worth. Let's kill it with fire.

I added a live hack to remove this from the interface. Once all tiny instances are deleted, I'll permanently remove the tiny flavor.
