Bug 40015 specifically mentions not having network connectivity; is that the circumstance in which this bug appears?
Comment 3 Brion Vibber 2012-09-06 21:26:21 UTC
Saved pages don't appear to work at all in current master on iOS 6 beta simulator; I can't load a saved page.

Testing in Android 4.1 simulator, it seems fine. Load saved page, click a link, get the "Sorry, this page is not available" message.

'Back' button doesn't take me to the saved page though.

We won't do further work on this issue as we're discontinuing the PhoneGap-based app in favor of native ones.
