When I tried to access
https://pt.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Ficheiro%3ATest.svg&action=purge

I got the following error (and nothing else in the page):

I don't know if it is related, but on the same page I get
GET https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/archive/b/bd//120px-Test.svg.png 404 (Not Found) 
in the error console of Google Chrome (even with JavaScript disabled).

I were able to purge it.

It were slow but worked without database error.
