1) Need to remove no longer working links to the streaming on toolserver.org 2) As we got new material to be successively uploaded that needs to be linked in various places of the Wiki (Schedule but not only) 3) There might be some discussion on the material/its presentation etc. therefore I would like to unlock the wiki again for editing on usual terms. We've just had an informal discussion with stewards on IRC and as it is not a one-time change any steward could do it might be better to just unlock the wiki. I was the "owner", bureaucrat and sysop on the wiki and I think we can handle recent changes. I would like to have those permissions reinstated if possible. After the operation is complete and there is no ongoing discussion this wiki can be closed again (I don't think it will take more than 2-3 months).
Submitted Gerrit change #23287 for this request.
Seems to be fine for me, I requested the original closure of the wiki because it was just becoming a spam magnet and the original owners of the wiki didn't have an issue with it, and I am happy to support the re-opening of the wiki to upload all of the videos etc that will be useful as an archive, then the locking of the wiki at a later date once Marcin's and others work is complete.
Oops, minor correction - the comment above partly refers to Wikimania2011 wiki, but my support still stands.

Fix committed and the wiki can be edited again. Thanks!
