When using Special:ItemDisambiguation to search for a label in a certain language, all results should probably link to the item in that language and not in the current user interface language. Otherwise the whole thing can be very confusing.
I strongly disagree. I often want to look up things in a language I don't speak. The label and diescription on the disambiguation page are (I hope) in the user's interface language, not in the language used for searching. The same should be true for anything I click on.
I am really not sure, perhaps we should provide links for both.
What about something like * Oslo (orig) - Capitol of Norway Where "Oslo" is the link to the item in the users own language, and "orig" is in the original language for this entry, and the rest is the usual description?
if with "orig" you mean the language chosen for the disambiguation then yes, that could be one way to do this.
Yes, the "orig" is the language used for the disambiq. The language name could be spelled out, or just the code could be used.

It does not add such a link. For switching language, the language switcher is to be used. We want to see with users if this is actually a problem.
