For the full release of Page Curation on Sep. 20, let's replace the top line of the New Pages Feed beta version with a more useful call to action, as so:

"Please review new pages below and help improve Wikipedia. Learn more · Leave feedback"

(instead of the current line, which now says: "This is a beta version. Key features are still in development.")
