When a page has been auto-patrolled, we would like to display a special message in both the Page Info flyouts of the Curation Toolbar and in the review status flyouts of the New Pages Feed, as so: "This page was auto-patrolled on 10 September 2012 by Neo-Jay (talk | contribs). This experienced editor has made 25158 edits since 7 November 2005 and has auto-patrol rights." Instead of: "Marked as reviewed on 10 September 2012 by Neo-Jay (talk | contribs) This page was created on 10 September 2012 by Neo-Jay (talk | contribs) 25158 edits since 7 November 2005" The reason this special message is needed is that it could lead some new patrollers to believe that this editor has a conflict of interest that should normally prevent them from reviewing their own page. This special message clarifies that this editor has auto-patrol rights allowing them to do this. Here's an example of an auto-patrolled page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philps
