We're in Git now and it's not a part of paths anymore.

Most of them look to be MW_COMPILED (ie HipHop related)..

Note that the HipHop build system never depended on the Subversion directory layout. The build system rearranges the input directories into a fixed virtual layout for the runtime code to refer to. So it works as well with Git as it did with Subversion.
