It seems like there is missing a simple method to generate well-formed titles for items and/or entities in general. Seems like this could be part of several classes.

Most important for now is to get rid of hard coded prefixes and namespaces, but it would be nice to have a method that generated the whole title (fullpagename) or string.

Item::getTitle does that

Sorry, not Item::getTitle, but EntityObject::getTitle
