It takes hours to run the importInterlanguage script. Ain't it possible to work with a smaller amount of data? That import in - let's say - max. half an hour???

On de repo there is the local file /var/www/wikidata-dev-repo/w/extensions/Wikibase/repo/maintenance/5-elements.csv
Just needs to to committed.

I rewrote importInterwiki.php to work about 500x times faster. I don't think we need the reduced set any more. See I9332e071
