It would be good to make sure that there are not several pollForChanges processes but one per client (that is: on test there would be one for the English and one for the Hebrew client) that are somehow distinguishable.
If someone tries to start the script a second time for the same client repo replication the script should refuse to do this.

Please add a possibility for this, e.g. using the pid files.
