Thumb making are not rendering good as : http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/b/b0/Copyright.svg/16px-Copyright.svg.png or http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/b/b0/Copyright.svg/150px-Copyright.svg.png but good for http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/b/b0/Copyright.svg/17px-Copyright.svg.png and http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/b/b0/Copyright.svg/26px-Copyright.svg.png
Those all appear as solid black circles to me. :(
Hard to replicate, so hard to pintpoitn exact, but I would expect this is bug #31122 in disguise: the fill="none" on the body element simply isn't getting inherited by the circle (in librsvg's world). Seems fixed in other versions of imagemagick though, e.g. mine -- 6.7.3-10...
This works now!
