See example URL; it's the same with proofread, some other groups work.

Now the URL doesn't even load; same for the plain Special:Translate or LanguageStats, unless you specify a group other than mediawiki extensions.

Insufficient information. Works for me. Might be caused by syntax errors I saw in error log.
