File is exist (3840x2880px), but file size shown as "0 × 0 px", and thumbinails was created with error (as for zero-size file).

Works after this:

$ jpegtran -copy all -optim Церковь_Архангела_Михаила_в_Кубинке.jpg Corrupt JPEG data: 2 extraneous bytes before marker 0xe0

No problem.  Changing to INVALID, because it is supposedly not a bug of Wikimedia.
