On Chrome for Android 18.0.1025308, we've got reports that the curation toolbar doesn't open, along with " jumping-around behavior" (I can ask the reporter to clarify if you guys need it :). )

By 'doesn't open', do you mean the tool flyouts don't flyout?

In order; I'll fly out, and it doesn't appear :). We have more generalised comments about the toolbar sometimes not appearing, and I've noticed it myself. Slow to load?

Different problems on Opera Mini 7.5, as well, but we're actually talking phones here, apparently, not tablets.
