The UploadWizard extension adds a tab to Special:Preferences where users can specify a default license for their UploadWizard uploads (cf. <https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-uploads>). It would be nice if users could specify a custom default license in this tab, rather than limiting users to a particular (fixed) list of licenses.
