The Zuul gateway needs a description of the Jenkins job and what to do with the events coming from Gerrit. The file is a simple YAML file.

Did some progress on labs. Will need to establish a list of job names then build two different pipelines:

- precheck : (linting, code style etc).
- gating : unit testing

Similar to bug 40684 which is about adapting / rewriting the current jobs.

The Zuul layout files have been written in labs and uploaded on October 24th with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/29783/ it is being used by the Zuul manifest.

The repository is integration/zuul-config.git
