The code handling change replication on the client side (as called by the pollForChanges script) currently only handles items. This should work for all kinds of entities.

Can you clarify in which cases we need change propagation for other entity types? I'm currently unclear on this. For queries we'd propagate a change when the query result changes? And for properties?
