I see at https://kk.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&meta=siteinfo&siprop=namespaces|namespacealiases default namespaces have aliases in latin and arabic.

e.g. Үлгі namespace have two aliases: Ülgi and ٴۇلگٴى.

Should we add such aliases for this project namespace?

I think you mean Gerrit change #27212. 40794 is the bug number. :)
