Description Philip Perlman 2012-10-07 01:12:47 UTC
I use both the latest versions of Firefox and Opera for browsing and it would be ideal if when one calls up Wikipedia that the cursor be located in the search box in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, rather than not being located anywhere.

Thank you,

/* Phil *./

This would open the on-screen keyboard, obscuring the display of the default page, and would generally be a bit off from what other apps do.

If you're thinking of the web site rather than the mobile app, that has similar issues with keyboard navigation, following of hash links, and onscreen keyboard for touch devices. See bug 1864 for discussion in past years there.
