Now that action=info is reimplemented (see http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Requests_for_comment/Reimplement_info_action), this would be a good place to print out the semantic properties from SMW as well, like this: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Rotsee/SMW_properties_in_info_page

(Maybe Special:Browse could even be removed from the toolbox, as there is already a page information link there?)

InfoAction.php does not seem to contain any hook for modifying the information page, so I'm not sure what the best way would be to achieve this.

Seems I was wrong, now there is a hook for doing this: 'InfoAction' in InfoAction.php , see https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=38559

Well, [1] allows to display semantic properties using action=info which is more or less a by-product of the action=browse implementation. If action=browse get's deployed with SMW 1.9 (it will not be deployed with SMW 1.8) is open for discussion.
