For any such configuration change we require a local consensus. Could you discuss the matter on the Village pump ( https://ur.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%85%D9%86%D8%B5%D9%88%D8%A8%DB%81:%D8%AF%DB%8C%D9%88%D8%A7%D9%86_%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%85 ) page of your wiki or any more appropriate place, to confirm that this change is wanted by the community, and paste the link to the discussion here?

As Andre said, we do request that you be able to point us to the consensus on Urdu Wikipedia that you would like this change made.

I would like to revisit the Sam Reedy localization requirement.
