Description Juan de Vojníkov 2012-10-10 15:50:48 UTC
There is a HTML code, when you render book on Meta. Also the page after rendering includes HTML tags. I cant reproduce this behaviour on cs.wp, thus I assume that it is a problem of Meta settings.

Also the galleries of images is somehow badly rendered.

Juan, thanks for letting us know about this problem. Can you please give us the text of the code, some screenshots of the badly rendered galleries, and links to the pages affected? Thanks!

PediaPress folks, can you look into this?
Comment 5 Volker Haas 2012-10-15 08:53:18 UTC
The HTML fragments in the status messages are caused by faulty escaping - this has been reported elsewhere (#40900) - therefore I am closing this as a duplicate.

Gallery rendering works as intended. If you have a suggestions that
* works for all galleries found on wikipedia (small, medium, large galleries; different numbers of columns etc.)
* is significantly better looking than the current version
please create a new issue on bugzilla.

If your suggestion can be implemented in a reasonable amount of time and meets the above criteria I'll try to find time to look into this.
