Description Andre Klapper 2012-10-10 22:42:46 UTC
Consider merging "Mobile Platform" custom dropdown field into "OS" field.
It's both about the same and adds an unneeded field.

Note to myself:
editvalues.cgi?field=op_sys and editvalues.cgi?field=cf_platform

See bug 34668 for some history.

Note to myself: Another option for Custom Fields would be to use "Field only appears when". Unfortunately exactly one condition/criterion can be set only ( https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=803203 .
Same applies to "Web browser" field of course.
Comment 2 Andre Klapper 2012-10-19 01:37:37 UTC
Mobile team made clear that this is not wanted.
This is superseded by bug 41197.
