When you click a button that is disabled, it still gives you the visual feedback of being pressed.

The screenshot shows me clicking the "reduce indent level" button while it is disabled. Note the shadow border that is added when you click it.

Assigning this to a release milestone so it's clear when at the latest to expect it to have been fixed; it may have been fixed beforehand.
