MediaWiki claims to support PHP version as low as 5.3.2. We want to make sure the continuous integration host (gallium) has that version installed to run tests with.

Whenever the server get upgraded to Precise, we will want to build a 5.3.2 package and pin it.

This is probably too much troubles to setup for very minor enhancement to our unit tests.  So we will not implement this.
