Hi, 22px version is shown here in Firefox 15.0.1 on Fedora 16 on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template_talk:Country_data_South_Korea#Display Which browser and version is this about? Sure that you don't use a cached version? What exactly is shown instead? Nothing, or a "broken image" icon?
Firefox 15.0.1, Firefox 16.0.1, IE 9 and Chrome 21.0.1180.89 for win7 can't show. How many others in the Village Pump have the same problem? (Asking as I cannot read Chinese, sorry.) This happens with different internet connections and/or providers? (Asking as this could be a caching or DNS issue.)

Bug 31680 comment 39 makes me think this could be a thumbnail cache issue...
For me the problem exists at some render resolutions (22, 23, 25) and not others (21, 24). Flag_of_Romania has the same issue for me at a slightly different set of resolutions. When I use curl on http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/09/Flag_of_South_Korea.svg/23px-Flag_of_South_Korea.svg.png I get <html> <head> <title>404 Not Found</title> </head> <body> <h1>404 Not Found</h1> The resource could not be found.<br /><br /> </body> </html> which is different from what I get if I enter a completely nonexistent image.
For me Flag_of_Chile, Flag_of_Uruguay, and Flag_of_Paraguay all have the same issue at 22px, in addition to South Korea and Romania. Not sure if these images have any common features in their SVG.

Same problem here. It's broken for days now. I think I did hundreds of purges. But it's like "purge" is fake. Nothing happens. This icon is the toolbar icon of one of my tools that is used by dozens of users. They can't use the tool because of this bug. It's more than a year now that there are major problems with the tumbnail servers. See bug 28613 and many others. Isn't is possible to locate and fix such major problems in a year?
