It's not possible to restore deleted feedback messages. See for example https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speciaal:DashboardTerugkoppeling/1633 and https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speciaal:DashboardTerugkoppeling/1634. Both are deleted, but can't even be found. In the log (https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speciaal:Logboeken/moodbar) you can see that they're deleted by admin Silver Spoon, but there isn't a restore button somewhere. It is possible to view and restore hidden messages, but not for deleted messages. On a side note, since recently it's possible for autoconfirmed users to hide, restore and delete. See https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speciaal:GroepsrechtenWeergeven. Was that your intention? Because I don't think new users should be able to delete those messages.
To comment on the last thing; it's better to give rollbackers this rights then autoconfirmed users (my opinion).
I was just informed that these changes were done on purpose. Philippe informed the English Wikipedia, but it would be good to inform other communities too imho.
Seems like this was intended, that deleted items couldn't be restored; otherwise what would be the difference from hiding an item? If that is the case, the bug should be changed to 'not assigning delete rights to auto-confirmed users'.. and maybe this should then be looked by admins.
