Yes, all that needs to be added *within* the email. More importantly, a "standard" explanation "of how to unsubscribe" needs to me added to such emails. Indeed, even this bugzilla needs it.

Yes, but consider a user who has left a project for several years. He would be looking for 'to unsubscribe' links, and nothing more technical... However 'Configure bugmail' I suppose is better than nothing, agreed.
