Description Dereckson 2012-10-15 20:54:55 UTC
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #41016 +++

The Finish Wikipedia would like to use Flagged revisions, without the core Wikimedia patrolling functionalities.

Soon after they've asked to implement this setup, an issue occurred: there is no mechanism allowing in [[Special:NewPages]] to distinguish reviewed from yet to review pages.

It would be interesting to add:
* CSS classes to identify these changes
* an (unreviewed change) indication to each revision line

Kimmo Virtanen points the two following relevant screenshots on bug 41016 comment #4
* http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:FlaggedRevs-recentchanges-fi.png (mention to add, css class here with a different background)
* http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:FlaggedRevs-watchlist-fi.png (notification area)

I think it would be best to have a configuration option for this behavior, with a default value of !$wgUseNPPatrol.

In any case, there is already at least "show/hide reviewed" (not the same as "show/hide patrolled") filter link at NewPages, like RecentChanges.
