+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #41047 +++

* Allow an extension to add text to a result (e.g. "unreviewed change" for FlaggedRevs);
* Allow an extension to add a custom CSS class to a result  (e.g. "flaggedrevs-unreviewed" for FlaggedRevs).
