Oversight declined bug screenshot

We would like the 'Decline oversight' link to be replaced with an 'Oversight declined' label, as specified in our feature requirements:

It appears that this was not the case for this post, for which oversight was declined, but no 'Oversight declined' label is shown:

Lowering priority, seems an enhancement, not a major issue.
