Looking at the one page of Chinese text on test2 it's been rendered a size smaller than usual. Looking at the style settings the cause seems to be the following (disabling this in Safari's Web Inspector and it looks normal): #bodyContent { font-size: 0.8em; } The page is at http://test2.wikipedia.org/wiki/钱 In comparison with this which it seems to be copied from http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/貨幣 This is with the default style settings on both wikis, i.e. Vector

This is not related to ContentHandler. zhwiki has a default gadget which enlarges page content. You can disable it (large-font, 大字体) and compare them again.
