deployment-video04(10.4.1.19) is unable to connect to deployment-sql(10.4.0.53) in php, but also mysql client fails.
even telnet does not get a response:
telnet 10.4.0.53 3306
Trying 10.4.0.53...

connection to deployment-sql on port 22 via ssh works.

deployment-prep has a security group named "sql" although it is empty. Maybe it was originally setup to only allow 10.4.0.0/24 and even if the rule got removed, it might still be in because of bug 40526.

You will need to ping someone from ops to look at it ( Ryan_Lane mutante or paravoid among others.).

Blocked by bug 40526 which prevents us from updating security rules :/

Works from deployment-video05 which has IP address 10.4.1.22  .
