On at least this particular article, something goes awry with out reference detection. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Faneuil_School Tapping the [1] in the infobox, a popup appears but is not populated with text. Opening the references section we can see there is data available in that cite reference.
This is due to the dynamic sections change - any references in the summary are currently not clickable. E.g. try the reference in the summary for: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norodom_Sihanouk?mobileaction=beta Note that other references work fine. When references are loaded via ajax they should trigger a jQuery event and the references code should watch for this.
