Lots of people have complained that arrows do not appear on sections and thus sections cannot be opened.

I finally replicated it on a Nokia E75-1 Series 60 3.2 Symbian OS/9.3 stock browser

The bug seems to occur when the DOMContentLoaded event is never fired.
