Actually we do have this for Technical Problem
"Please describe the problem you are experiencing with Wiktionary above this line."

The Sitename is printed in the leading message

We may also want this for general and article feedback

So I've been thinking a lot about this and actually I think what should be happening here is the use of different e-mail addresses for different projects. This can already be done as a configuration change and I don't think it is useful in the e-mail. Also if done this way there is no way a user can delete this useful information.

Agree with Jon - and those emails all exist already as OTRS addresses.
