Description Quim Gil 2012-10-18 06:12:35 UTC
It would be convenient to have a component specific to gerrit-stats, owned by Diederik van Liere, to track any bugs and requests related to http://gerrit-stats.wmflabs.org/
Comment 1 Andre Klapper 2012-10-19 20:07:50 UTC
Quim: Could you clarify *where* you want that component to be created? (Do we talk about some Analytics server that I don't know the URL of?)
Comment 2 Diederik van Liere 2012-10-19 20:12:42 UTC
You can create a new component 'gerrit-stats' under the Analytics Product.
Comment 3 Andre Klapper 2012-10-19 20:25:26 UTC
By asking "where" I meant:
Do you talk about some Analytics product/server somewhere out there that has components in its interface?
Or do you talk about Bugzilla configuration?

Ah. Reading helps. :)

Please file requests about Bugzilla in Bugzilla against Bugzilla. Moving.

On a related note:
* https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/buglist.cgi?keywords=analytics&resolution=---&resolution=LATER lists all open tickets with the keyword "analytics".
* The Bugzilla product "Wikimedia" has a component called "Statistics":
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/buglist.cgi?resolution=---&resolution=LATER&component=Statistics&product=Wikimedia

Might be worth to take a look at existing tickets and/or somehow merge these different ways to report statistics/analytics related requests in the same place.
