Please change Bashkir Wikipedia "Wikipedia" namespace to "Википедия", because cyrillic alphabet is used there. 
And talk page: before: "Wikipedia буйынса фекерләшеү", after: "Википедия буйынса фекерләшеү".

Just namespace, or include site name (the one in page title and generated by {{SITENAME}}) as well?

I have deployed the change on the cluster and ran the fixing script: mwscript namespaceDupes.php --wiki=bawiki --fix

Two pages need to be manually fixed since they are duplicates.

Why are the old namespace names not available as aliases? Now all interwiki and langlinks from other wiki to this bawiki namespace are broken because wikipedia: now redirects to enwiki. ([[ba:Wikipedia:Ҡоролтай]] = enwiki:Ҡоролтай)

Currently most Of these these links to bawiki are globally removed by interwikibots  because of the missing target. But this could also cause interwiki conflicts if the title on enwiki exists.
