It seems like there is no tests for wbcreateclaim, and there should be at least one for each snaktype.

Setting one of the keywords {need-integration-test, need-parsertest, need-unittest} on test requests is welcome, but I admit I have no idea which one in this case. :)

We have many tests for this, see ApiCreateClaimTest. Those where added a day before this report was created.
