Hello! I first time reporting a bug here so the style may not perfect. Here it goes: The translation of the project namespace (wikipedia) is done (so appearing) wrong as "ਵਿਕਿਪੀਡਿਆ:" on pa.wikipedia.org. I'm an admin there and tried every possible way to fix it but didn't found the place where it can be. Other namespace translations are done using www.translatingwiki.net but didn't found a place to fix this one. Please help fixing by replacing it with the correct "ਵਿਕੀਪੀਡੀਆ" and as soon as possible as the wiki is developing and needs corrections.
By checking on the pa.wiki it's using the MediaWiki version "1.21wmf1 (96d0c47)" but as I didn't found an exact match so don't select one.
pa.wikipedia.org is not recent. Do you have some consensus backing your request? Also, what's the difference between the two versions? The normal form used? https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/29792 implements the requested change if this is wanted.

Actually the linked discussion is quite a mess, at a quick glance I've not found the abovementioned consensus. Someone please verify and update the bug status.

Yeah actually it seems very confusing but the consensus has been reached anyway. One of the users also gave the references to reliable sources. So please fix as soon as possible.
Where are you seeing the 8 of 9 users? I see 4 users, 3 supporting your change to ਵਿਕੀਪੀਡੀਆ (ਰਾਜੇਂਦਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ, Zarienah and you) and one supporting the current name of ਵਿਕਿਪੀਡਿਆ (VibhasKS).
(In reply to comment #13) It was then, dear, why don't check propely before commenting. Now the reformatting of the discussion destroyed a lot. All the previous supports have been declined cleverly saying correcting format. The reformatting never means to ignores others as everytime we against the results, we would start it again which is not a wiki style. If we read carefully there are all supports except you!
