Hi there,

I have an issue uploading avatars and gift images.

I have managed to put the avatars folder in the images directory and the default grey avatar is showing, however when I go to upload an avatar, I get these two error messages:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/wikihut/public_html/extensions/SocialProfile/UserStats/UserStatsClass.php on line 611

Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagecreatefrompng() in /home/wikihut/public_html/extensions/SocialProfile/UserProfile/SpecialUploadAvatar.php on line 296

How do I resolve this issue so I can upload avatars?

Hi Tim, which MediaWiki and extension versions is this about?

MediaWiki Version: 1.19.2
SocialProfile Version: 1.5

Are you sure you have the GD extension installed? http://www.php.net/manual/en/image.setup.php

It turns out I have not got that installed so I'll install it and see how I go!

The issue has resolved.

Problem was that the GD extension was not installed.
