Add profiling to central access points in the code, and preferably also to known hogs in the code.

Please use __METHOD__ and __FUNCTION__ to avoid hardcoding the names. Also prefix with 'WB-' if appropriate.

As minimum we should profile EntityEdit, EntityView, the hook handlers, the extension to ResourceLoader and the API modules.
