In wikidata.org tables are too short for displaying "zh-minh-nan" and "zh-classical"

I don't think older skins will be supported, but it depends on several factors. Monobook have some differences to Vector that creates a lot of work. It could be work for an volunteer though.

This bugs isn't fixed anyway (Opera 12.11, Monobook, Win7)
