Catalan Wikisource is broken. Try Special:Recentchanges or browse any book from Special:Indexpages or a random page. It will show the next message: There is a bug in mediawiki configuration: the ProofreadPage Page namespace is set to be number 250 in the $wgProofreadPageNamespaceIds[page] PHP configuration parameter and number 102 in the page [[Mediawiki:proofreadpage_namespace]]. Update your LocalSettings.php adding $wgProofreadPageNamespaceIds[page] = /* NUMERICAL ID OF THE Page NAMESPACE */; AFTER the inclusion of Proofread Page and delete [[Mediawiki:proofreadpage_namespace]] page. It only works some special pages as special:allpages, special:newpages, etc. There has been a recent promotion of software (http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Wikisource:Scriptorium#Changes_in_ProofreadPage_deployed_with_MediaWiki_1.21-wmf3). It's looks like a bug of priority between default namespaces and configuration. I've added ca namespaces to the known namespaces of proofreadPage. This may unbreak cawikisource and allow migration to 1.21-wmf3. https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/31187/

I apologize if it is bad style to add this as a comment on this bug, but Welsh wikisource (cy.wikisource.org) is broken in the very same way.
