The link [[<lang>:<label>]]/[[:<lang>:<label>]] should be rewritten into [[Special:ItemDisambiguation/<lang>/<label>]]. This type of link is usually going out of the wiki to another language version, but as there are no other language version of Wikidata we can simply land on the disambiguation list for this pair of language and label.

Something like that would be nice, but note that currently, [[<lang>:<label>]] links to the corresponding Wikipedia article. We may need another syntax. And I guess it would be clearer to support this for linking via site/title instead of language/label...

This does not sound like a good idea to me. Also: What is the use-case for this?
