if video is embedded in a small size so that the seek bar does not fit i.e. videos on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polar_bears the seek bar is not visible once you put a video into fullscreen.

Would be nice if seek bar would be available in fullscreen even if it is disabled in the embedded mode due to size.
